Whether you’re training for your first or tenth HYROX, this guided 12-week program is designed to take your performance to the next level. You’ll follow structured workouts created by HYROX world champions, with clear intent behind every session so you know exactly why you’re doing the work.

From intelligent run planning and progressive strength sessions to race-style HIIT workouts, the program mirrors the demands and intensity of competition day. Every element is built to prepare your body, sharpen your engine, and help you step onto the start line confident, capable, and ready to perform.
