I’m a personal trainer who loves helping others discover what they’re capable of – building strength, confidence, and lasting habits along the way. My fitness journey began at F45, where I first committed to regular training, and it’s also where I now lead as Head Trainer and Assistant Manager. My coaching focuses on resistance training, running, with a specialised approach to HYROX training, blending functional strength with endurance to build both physical and mental resilience. I believe the best coaches are their own clients first. Through years of showing up for myself (on good days and bad), I’ve gained a deep understanding of motivation, discipline, and what truly drives lasting change. Now, I use that experience to help others do the same: set goals, train with purpose, and keep moving forward.

I’ve been moving my whole life – from martial arts to motorcycle tracks, from Ironman finish lines to the pool deck. As a certified personal trainer and triathlon swim coach, I’ve learned that strength isn’t just physical, it’s also about mindset, consistency, and believing you can start again at any stage of life. Having studied nutrition science at Stanford and the effects of menopause and women’s physiology on performance and wellbeing, I focus on helping women take back control of their bodies, their training, and their confidence. Because the truth is you don’t stop being an athlete just because life changes. You simply train smarter.
